BASF's Lamesoft OP Plus (NICNI: Coco-Glucoside (and) Glycol Distearate (and) Glyceryl Oleate) is a wax-based opacifier for pure whiteness, offering a creamy white appearance without any undesired pearlizing effects during production and after storage.

Furthermore, the ingredient reportedly reduces wet/dry combing effort while enhancing anti-hair breakage performance for enhanced hair conditioning, protection and texture improvement benefits.

Lamesoft OP Plus serves as an alternative to synthetic, styrene acrylate-based ingredients, per BASF.
