Aptar Beauty's new Color Code PCR is reportedly the first fragrance pump available with as much as 67% mechanical PCR Plus resin content without compromising on customization options and aesthetics.

The snap-on pump system is manufactured Italy and dispenses an 80 mcl dosage. The design is fully customizable, per Aptar, allowing for a variety of colors in a glossy finish.

  • This reduction in emissions allows brand clients to reduce their Scope 3 carbon output, while leveraging a PCR content claim.

The pump could also help brands avoid some plastic packaging taxes in certain regions.
