Accupac has joined Paradigm for Parity, a coalition of member companies working together to develop and promote strategies for equalizing corporate leadership opportunities for women of all races, cultures and backgrounds.

Paradigm for Parity coalition members are committed to the following goals in their workplace culture:

  • Eliminate or minimize unconscious bias in the workplace.
  • Significantly increase the number of women in senior operating roles.
  • Measure targets and maintain accountability by providing regular progress reports.
  • Base career progress on business results and performance, rather than physical presence in the office.
  • Provide sponsors, not just mentors, to women who are well-positioned for long-term success.

Paula Darbeau, director of talent management at Accupac, said, "Accupac is proud to partner with Paradigm for Parity® because we recognize the importance of representation in leadership and are committed to championing a diverse pipeline of leaders at Accupac. We believe that Paradigm for Parity’s mission strongly aligns with our purpose. At the core of Accupac’s purpose statement is the idea of ‘caring about bettering the lives of people and the health of our planet.' Joining Paradigm for Parity allows us to make our intentions clear and to leverage best practices in our continued efforts of supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, where all employees have opportunities to succeed and advance in their careers."
